What we do

We offer one-to-one counselling with trained and supervised counsellors. It is a private space to talk through what is weighing on you and to work out a way forward, at your own pace. Most people see us for several sessions, so there is time to work through things properly.

Who is this for?

Anyone facing everyday struggles that are getting heavy. You might be dealing with stress or anxiety, a relationship that has become difficult, tension at home, grief, or the strain of caring for someone. You do not need to be in crisis to come. Often it helps most to come early.

If what you are facing needs a different kind of help, we will tell you honestly and help you get to the right place.

Helping someone else?

If you are worried about a friend, family member or someone in your care, you can refer them to us. Use the same form and let us know you are filling it in on their behalf. It helps if they know you are reaching out.

What it costs

Each session is $90. That is our fee. For now, we are able to waive it for everyone, and we will keep doing so for as long as we can. If you are able to contribute towards the cost, it helps us keep counselling within reach for the next person.
